CONTROL SYSTEM OPTIONS
All Nu-Flame fitted control systems are fully CE approved and available for Natural Gas, LPG and Class1 or Class 1 & 2 gas fires.
The thermatronic electronic control systems are all sent pre-wired for ease of installation. Both systems are fitter-friendly and require no electrical installation or knowledge.
MANUAL CONTROL
The standard manual control incorporates a piezo spark igniter and a variable high and low flame adjustment. As standard the manual control is fixed to the underside of the tray.
DETACHED CONTROL
As an option the valve can be supplied fixed to a bracket, which is especially useful where space is at a premium and a fixed control would not fit under the gas fire. This option allows the valve to be fixed up to 680mm (in a straight line) away from the centre of the fire.
INFRA RED THERMATRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The Infra-Red option is powered by 4 # AA batteries, or an optional low voltage mains adaptor. Operation of the fire is carried out by transmitting the required signal from the handset to the small infra-red eye, which can be positioned in a discreet place.
The Infra-Red Thermatronic gives infinitely variable control of the flame height, between the high and low flame settings.
Please note: The Infra-Red version has no wall switch.
WALL SWITCH THERMATRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The wall switch control system is powered by a low voltage transformer and is a non-permanent pilot system. Operation of the fire is by a 2-gang switch giving on/off and high/low flame settings. The switch plate is available in either white plastic, matt chrome or brass finishes.
Alternatively it can be connected into and controlled by the Exhausto EFC25 remote control chimney fan system, which also gives on/off and high/low flame settings.
